The Time I Pulled a Piece of Pizza out of My Purse.

I’m a snacker. Anyone who knows me well, knows that about me.

I’m famous for having candy stashed in every crevice of my car. I steal Girl Scout cookies from my coworkers’ desks. My keyboard is sometimes orange from my Cheetos fingers. (I know… gross)

But the most famous story my former lululemon teammates will tell is about the time I pulled a slice of pizza out of my purse. At 9:45 am. In the middle of a meeting.

YES. I DID.

I remember it was pepperoni.

I was in the office for the meeting, and everyone else was on Zoom. People started to notice me eating pizza and someone sent in the chat, “Where did you get pizza??”. My reply: “from my purse”.

And that is how the legend of “purse pizza” was born.
